Third, the strengthening of NAFTA growth has created jobs. According to a 2010 report, the United States supported free trade agreements, most of which came from NAFTA, directly supported 5.4 million jobs, while trade with these countries supported 17.7 million. NAFTA has allowed member state companies to offer to all levels of government. It has reduced government budget deficits by allowing for increased competition and cheaper bids. “A number of proposals that the U.S. has put on the table have little or no support from the U.S. business and agricultural community. It`s not clear who they should benefit from,” said John Murphy, vice president of the American Chamber of Commerce.  Pat Roberts, the senior U.S. senator from Kansas, called for an outcry against Trump`s anti-NAFTA measures and said the “issues are about real jobs, real lives, and real people.” Just open a product and you will see that it is made in a country where they exploit labor.
